Treker is a small, independent project. Email is the fastest way to reach it, and every message is read by a human.

Usually within two working days. If a fix is needed, you may be asked for your browser and a screenshot. Replies come in Russian, English, Spanish, German, French, and Portuguese. A simple question gets a short answer; a tricky one gets a few clarifying questions instead of a guess.

A few details help get a faster answer.
Template ideas
If you need a different grid, a new goal format, or a size we do not have, describe the sheet you want to use. Every suggestion reaches a person. Even a narrow idea — a tracker for one family or one classroom — is a good reason to write.
Partnerships
Teachers, community organizers, and small publications: write with a short description of the project and how a printable tracker would fit.
Advertising
We keep ads limited and never place them in the PDF. Tell us what you want to promote; you will get a reply with formats, placement, and current numbers.
Privacy and legal questions
Questions about data, cookies, or reuse of the templates go to the same address. Put “privacy” in the subject line.
